Shimei's Story My father inspires me in becoming the best version of me. He has been in tech for many years and now I’ve decided to follow his footsteps. I have also been introduced to freelancing platforms which I could work on and build a career on. This Is perfect because I have a mentor who is my Dad to assist me here at home .

I’d like to learn new skills to improve in all aspects of life . To have a better career as well as to think differently from my peers. This is a great opportunity for me to become a web developer to make a living. I need to support my parents who are immigrants from DRC and have worked really hard for me and my siblings . They would like to further my studies so I decided to learn new skills and work to support myself in the meantime as I raise funds for my tuition.
