Nyasha Rachael's Story I became interested in coding when I realized how much technology is shaping the world. Whether it was browsing websites, using apps, or seeing how automated systems work, I was always curious about what made them tick. That curiosity grew when I saw people creating things from scratch with just a few lines of code, it felt like a kind of superpower. I wanted to learn how to do that too and be a creator.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
