Motshidisi's Story I became interested in coding because I’m always looking for new ways to support others and solve problems. Whether through student leadership or social work, I’ve seen how tech could make systems smoother and help more people faster and smarter. The idea of being able to build those solutions myself, That lit a spark.

🙋‍♀️ Motshidisi's Motivation

I’m someone who leads, nurtures and shows up for others. I believe learning to code could be my way of levelling up that impact. I’m driven, ambitious and always looking for growth. Coding adds another tool to my toolkit, a powerful one that gives me independence to create instead of just consume. Whether it’s a mental health app tailored for students, a database to track community needs or even automating boring admin tasks.

🤹‍♀️ Motshidisi's Hobbies

I enjoy being in my own space and I also enjoy meeting you people. I’m always eager to learn new skills

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
